
Bryce Maddock is the co-founder of Smarter Social Media. He has been building and branding businesses using social media since 2004. He splits his time between LA and New York and chronicles his adventures on his blog.


Jeffrey Hirsch is VP of Creative Strategy for Smarter Social Media. Jeff has lead the marketing industry for the past three decades. His great success stories include Pepsi, General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, Reebok, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Anheuser-Busch, Disney and many others. Jeff earned both an M.S. in Advertising and B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University.



Jim Balli is the lead designer at Smarter Social Media. He focuses on social media and mobile technologies. Art Center educated, influenced to become an artist while gunning a tank in the Marines. He’s done everything from corporate to action sports, print to motion. He loves new media and all the fancy names they keep coming up with for things he’s been doing for over a decade.



Drew is VP of Business Development at Smarter Social Media. Prior to joining the team, Drew worked in the Television Department at William Morris Endeavor helping grow the careers of some of the biggest names in show business. A Silicon Valley native, Drew earned his degree in International Relations from USC. He is an avid traveler and voracious reader who enjoys history, psychology, and economics.


Tito is a social media analyst at Smarter Social Media. Tito is a senior at the University of Southern California. He is majoring in International Relations, but has divulged into a wide variety of curriculum at USC including screen writing, business, business law, economics, critical film studies, and communication. A former division one volleyball player at USC, Tito still plans to pursue a career in professional volleyball after school either on the beach or on the courts of the European and international leagues.
